Compassionate End-of-Life Nursing Care

In-home support for Vermont families navigating hospice, serious illness, and life’s final transition.

In-home support for Vermont families navigating hospice, serious illness,
and life’s final transition.

You deserve to feel supported, informed, and fully present during life's most profound transition.

When someone you love is nearing the end of life, it's easy to become consumed by the caregiving itself.

The medications. The symptom changes. The constant questioning of whether you're doing things right.

Heather is here to carry that weight.

As a Registered Nurse with 16 years of experience, she provides in-home end-of-life nursing care throughout Vermont to help patients remain comfortable in the familiarity of home, while allowing loved ones to step out of medical vigilance and back into connection, presence, and relationship.

Her care is rooted in the belief that death is not something to fear or rush through, but a deeply human transition deserving of dignity, compassion, and sacred witness.

Bridging the Gaps
Between Hospice & Home

Hospice provides essential support — but many families are surprised by how much caregiving still falls to them between visits.

Heather works alongside your hospice team to bridge that gap, offering hands-on care, symptom support, medication management, emotional reassurance, and a grounded bedside presence tailored to your loved one's needs.

Some families need overnight support during active transition. Others need help understanding what physical changes are happening, or simply someone experienced in the room who can offer calm guidance and reassurance.

Heather's presence allows families to soften out of fear and spend more time loving, reminiscing, holding hands, resting, crying, laughing, or simply sitting quietly together.

Meet Heather

Heather is a Registered Nurse licensed in Vermont and New York with 16 years of clinical experience, seven of them dedicated to oncology and hematology. Alongside her nursing background, she draws from her education in sociology and psychology and her training in Reiki and massage to offer a holistic, deeply personalized approach to care.

After experiencing the profound loss of her only child, Heather understands firsthand the tenderness of grief and the importance of being met with gentleness and empathy during life's hardest moments. That experience continues to shape the calm, grounded, and compassionate way she shows up for every family she serves.

“You have been an absolute godsend. We are so grateful for your care, your compassion and your love. You helped so much to ease our pain."
